At Noxtua, you will own and scale our core People Operations across multiple European countries, ensuring that payroll, compliance, and HR processes run smoothly and reliably. You will work hands-on on everything from preparatory payroll and contracts to people analytics and policies, giving you a direct impact on the employee experience and the stability of a fast-growing Legal AI company. The position is available both part-time and full-time.
