Your team

As a Technical Product Owner - Platform & DMS (m/f/d) at Noxtua, you will take end-to-end ownership of our Platform & DMS integrations squad. You will be responsible for the entire product development lifecycle - from discovery to delivery - across cybersecurity, infrastructure, platform configuration, document management system (DMS) integrations, and our internal and external APIs.  You will work closely with the other product owners, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, prioritization, and a focus on delivering value to our users and internal teams. 

 
You will be part of our Platform & DMS integration squad, collaborating closely with engineers and product designers. The squad owns the cybersecurity, infrastructure, platform configuration, and DMS integrations that keep Noxtua running reliably and securely and fosters connectivity with the tools our customers use alongside Noxtua daily — along with the internal and external APIs that connect our systems to partners and internal teams. The team consists of engineers, a product owner, and a designer.  

You will report to  the C-level Product Officer at Noxtua, who leads the product and design strategy for Noxtua, our Legal AI solution. With extensive experience in product management and user-centric design, Ruth is passionate about creating intuitive and impactful digital products. She fosters a collaborative and agile work environment, ensuring that design, engineering, and product teams work seamlessly together. Ruth values user feedback, accessibility, and innovation, making her a strong advocate for human-centered AI solutions. 

About you


  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform-oriented teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
  • Experience owning platform or infrastructure-level product areas such as cybersecurity, infrastructure, platform configuration, DMS integrations, or APIs
  • Comfortable engaging in technical discussions around APIs, authentication protocols, and system integrations - not hands-on, but able to challenge and evaluate trade-offs with engineering
  • Experience working with DMS integrations is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and enthusiasm for iterative product development
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable product decisions

Your responsibilities

  • Own the Platform & DMS domain end-to-end — cybersecurity, infrastructure, platform configuration, DMS integrations, and internal and external APIs.
  • Drive the backlog and sprint execution— refine user stories, set priorities, and balance value, usability, feasibility, and viability.
  • Turn user needs and technical constraints into product initiatives, particularly around security and compliance, infrastructure reliability, platform configuration, DMS integrations, and API design.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders— align priorities and requirements, surface trade-offs, and keep everyone informed.
  • Use data and feedback from internal teams, partners, and users to drive decisions — measure platform health and adoption, validate technical trade-offs, and benchmark against industry standards
  • Collaborate across engineering, security, and leadership — to shape long-term platform reliability, security, and scalability.
